In the course of my travels to broaden the spectrum of my own health knowledge, I met this wonderful soul and her partner.  Upon introduction, I realized she too is dedicated to better ways of being.  A discovery about her own state of health led her to create THE HEALTHIEST and most delicious VEGAN,GLUTEN FREE BREAD and BUTTER that I have ever tasted.  This combination is often sought after by professed 'health food' companies, but RARELY delivers this kind of satisfaction!  'Nature's Comfort Foods' is situated in Dallas, TEXAS,  and this heavenly baker supplies local shops and grocers, but also SHIPS her loaves internationally.   Her specialties are TO DIE FOR and are also served at her charming Bed and Breakfast!
